Return Policy

Easy returns for your peace of mind

1. Return Period

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 7 days, returns will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Product must be in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Damaged or defective products automatically qualify for return
  • Wrong product delivered qualifies for return

3. How to Initiate a Return

To return a product, follow these steps:

  • Provide your order ID and reason for return
  • Share photos of the product if damaged
  • We will guide you through the return process

4. Refund Process

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are made through the original payment method.
  • COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer (provide bank details)
  • EasyPaisa Orders: Refund to the same EasyPaisa account

5. Exchange Policy

  • If you received a wrong or damaged product, we will exchange it free of cost
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Contact us immediately on WhatsApp for exchange
  • New product will be shipped after we receive the returned item

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items (if seal is broken)
  • Intimate apparel
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
