1. Return Period
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 7 days, returns will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Product must be in original packaging with all tags attached
- Damaged or defective products automatically qualify for return
- Wrong product delivered qualifies for return
3. How to Initiate a Return
To return a product, follow these steps:

- Provide your order ID and reason for return
- Share photos of the product if damaged
- We will guide you through the return process
4. Refund Process
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refund Method: Refunds are made through the original payment method.
- COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer (provide bank details)
- EasyPaisa Orders: Refund to the same EasyPaisa account
5. Exchange Policy
- If you received a wrong or damaged product, we will exchange it free of cost
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Contact us immediately on WhatsApp for exchange
- New product will be shipped after we receive the returned item
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care items (if seal is broken)
- Intimate apparel
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
